Berry Square “Come Fly With Me” Competition for in-centre barrel draw to Win 1 of 2 Travel Vouchers plus $500.00 spending money if you are a Berry Square VIP member.

Prize Includes:

2 X Travel vouchers, each valued at $2,000.00, plus $500.00 Visa Gift Card (If the winners are already an online Berry Square VIP member)

  2. Entry into the Berry Square, “Come Fly with Me” competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  3. You must be a resident of NSW.
  4. The competition will commence on Monday 7am, 16th May 2011 and finish on Friday, 3rd June 2011 at 2:00pm. Winner will be drawn from the barrel at 2:30pm in the Centre Management Office. The Winner will be announced on Monday the 6th of June at 10.00am.
  5. 10,000 entry flyers will be printed and distributed in the North Sydney CBD, they will also be available within Berry Square. Six Posters advertising the promotion will be on display within Berry Square.
  6. 3 x e-flyers will be distributed throughout the campaign period.
  7. To be eligible to win the online spending money element, customers must log on to www.berrysquare.com.au and become an online Berry Square VIP member before the winners are drawn. Current Berry Square VIP members will not have to re-join to participate in this element of the promotion.
  8. To enter the in-centre barrel draw. Customers must complete their details on the front of the entry form and drop this into the barrel that will be located at the upper level Food Court opposite Granabar. The winner will win 1 of 2 travel vouchers to the value of $2000.00 each plus, an extra $500.00 spending money (only if they are existing Berry Square online VIP members).
  9. There are no limitations with the amount of entries a customer is able to make.
  10. The competition cannot be entered by employees of Berry Square Shopping Centre, and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family and staff, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. The prizes for the competition cannot be won or claimed by, employees of Berry Square Shopping Centre, and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family and staff, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, their directors.
  11. The judge of the competition is Berry Square Shopping Centre, and their decision is final.
    12. The total prize pool is valued at $4,000 + $1,000 in Visa Gift Cards (if the prize winners are Berry Square VIP members).
  12. All prize values are stated in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
  13. Berry Square Shopping Centre is managed by Savills and Berry Square accepts no responsibility or liability for any costs associated with the use of the prize other than the ones listed as part of the prize.
  14. The winners of the competition prizes will be notified by email or phone within 72 hours of the draw and will be available for collection 10 working days from the date of the draw their name may be posted on the website at www.berrysquare.com.au. The winner of the barrel prize draw must collect the prize by 6th of September 2011 and must show proof of identification that matches the winning entry when picking up the prize.
  15. The competition winners must pick up their prize from the centre management office at Berry Square and allow ten minutes to collect the prize. The winner agrees to have their photo taken with the winning prize and displayed on the website www.berrysquare.com.au.
  16. In the event of a winner not picking up their prize within the specified time, the prize will be returned to the pool and a new winner will be drawn on 6th of September 2011.
  17. Prize packages are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash unless specified as a cash prize.
  18. The Promoter and benefiting business is Eastmark Holding Pty. Limited for Berry Square Shopping Centre, North Sydney.
  19. Berry Square Shopping centre accepts no responsibility or liability for personal injury that may occur as a result of acceptance of any prizes.
  20. To provide each entrant with this competition, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and obtain each entrant’s agreement in relation to handling this personal information. If you do not provide the information requested, you will not be entered into the competition. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the promotion, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be securely stored at the office of Mesh Group Pty LTD. All personal information can be accessed via the website www.berrysquare.com.au for update or correction. All communications that will take place in the future will always allow you to unsubscribe from the database. Entries are only valid for this promotion.
  21. Tax implications may occur from the prize winnings. Independent legal advice should be sought.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
